Alpaca Comforts
Alpaca Comforts is the name of our farm store and retail business. We have a full selection of alpaca garments for both men and women. We carry yarn and alpaca rovings in both natural and hand dyed colors. All our yarn is from our own alpacas and we are proud members of PA Preferred, a state program that highlights and supports local products. 2009 NATURAL COLOR ALPACA YARN
Each year we bring you a unique selection of 100% alpaca yarn and alpaca blends. Named after a bit of Scottish history or culture, we think they represent alpaca's wonderful qualities of softness, a wide range of natural colors, and ability to provide exception warmth with a light weight.

HIGHLAND BLACK WATCH SORRY, SOLD OUT
The famous Black Watch tartan was designed to distinguish a new regiment formed to combat lawlessness in northern Scotland.It’s the Royal Highland Regiment and has been in existence since 1881. We’ve made our Black Watch yarn with tencel and the finest black fleecesto give it a distinctive shine and hand.We think this is a yarn worth remembering.In worsted and sport weight
HIGHLAND ROYAL MARRIAGE
A royal union of soft alpaca and fine rambouillet wool makes this yarn versatile for many special projects.The rambouillet sheep was developed byFrance’s Louis XVI from a gift of the finest strains of Merinos from the King of Spain.This gift provided the sole basis for the Rambouillet breed.
